A template document is a document you use regularly and that keeps the same structure with slight modifications to adapt to the new situation. It can be a recruitment contract, an expatriate agreement, termination notice (pink slip) or transfer notice or any kind of legal notice.
So as to avoid delays or the express service charge, you can submit your documents in advance, so I keep them in my folder and modify them at the price of a standard document translation (within the limit of 300 words).

Sales or lease agreements, car leasing agreements need a lot of time to be translated since, though the content is always the same, its legal component requires transposing in the target language.
It is nearly impossible to translate those documents in a hurry since they demand a high level of accuracy to avoid legal consequences. But once the documents are already translated, it is easy and quick to slightly adapt the documents.
Please do present them to me in advance if you regularly need to have those documents translated and stamped for your clients. It will then be easy to change the names, address and personal information before putting my seal.
My experience of real estate in French and English speaking countries allows me to adapt your documents to appeal more efficiently to potential buyers and to make your points more persuasive during visits.
